As a mental health mindset coach, I am passionate about empowering individuals to feel better about their mental health & find balance in this rollercoaster ride we call life. With a strong background in Life Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), I bring a unique, comprehensive & honest approach to supporting clients in managing their mental health and emotional well-being.

With a deep-rooted passion for emotional intelligence, stress management, and cultivating healthy mindsets, I am dedicated to providing holistic support to individuals seeking to improve their mental well-being or learn to cope with the challenges they’re facing. I have a keen understanding of the complex interplay between thoughts, emotions, and behaviour, allowing me to offer expert & empathetic guidance that resonates with my clients.


My core philosophy revolves around fostering a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their inner worlds. I firmly believe that everyone has the potential for growth and resilience, and I am committed to guiding clients toward unlocking their inner strengths, feeling better & finding balance. I understand that each person's journey is unique, and my coaching style reflects this belief by tailoring sessions to suit individual needs and goals. By combining my professional qualifications, personal experiences, and genuine passion for helping others, I offer a transformative coaching experience that equips clients with the tools to navigate life's challenges with newfound clarity and confidence.


My journey into mental health mindset coaching is deeply rooted in my entire life basically. I've faced my own challenges with my mental health and often find the rollercoaster of life to be a turbulent ride to navigate, so I spent time working on my mindset & toolkit to create more balance & feel better in daily life.


Having experienced the necessity of seeking support and developing coping strategies that suit our personal needs, I noticed how much advice or solutions were sold as quick fixes or magic tricks to ‘hack your mental health’, and trying to follow these myself left me defeated and deflated.


So I am passionate about helping others on their own paths towards mental and emotional wellness, in an honest way. My authentic and empathetic approach stems from genuine empathy for the struggles that many individuals face in their daily lives and the challenge of wading through BS.


Life Coaching: I am a qualified Life Coach and a member of the Association For Coaching. My coaching expertise helps individuals better understand their goals and values, fostering personal growth and positive change.


Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Equipped with a diploma in CBT, I am skilled in helping clients identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviours that may hinder their progress. 


Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP): My NLP diploma enhances my ability to facilitate powerful transformations in mindset and behaviour. 


Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): My MBSR diploma enables me to introduce clients to the practice of mindfulness, fostering present-moment awareness and reducing stress. 


I have worked with a number of people experiencing depression & anxiety on top of navigating life’s ups & downs, in various settings including NHS patients, private referrals & corporate settings. More recently I have been creating content & delivering wellbeing workshops all about coping with life.
